Grace Martial Arts is thankful to Cove Church in Hampton Cove for the opportunity to hold another self-defense clinic for young women and their mothers.
Here is the announcement for our July 21st class. There is no charge for the class, so we hope you will invite your friends to come with you.

FREE self-defense class for young women in high school, college and career (Mom is invited, too!).
The class will be held at Cove Church in Hampton Cove (366 Old Hwy 431) on Saturday, July 21st, from 10 – 11:30am.
More than 80% of all sexual violence victims under 18 are female. Young women ages 16-19 are 4 times more likely than the general population to be victims of rape, attempted rape, or sexual assault. (Department of Justice statistics)
Our training is based on being aware at all times and prepared to use defensive skills that are completed in two seconds or less.
This will not be a lecture. It is hands-on training with highly skilled instructors. You will leave the class knowing multiple ways to defend yourself against assault.
If you have attended previous self-defense clinics at Cove Church, we will have new techniques to share with you.
No registration necessary! Please bring friends with you and be ready to learn real self defense for the real world!
