Our first Family and Community Self Defense class last night was a great success and we hope even more people from the Tampa area will join us next Monday evening at Seminole Heights Baptist Church in Tampa. Classes are free and we invite children, teens, and adults to learn effective ways to defend themselves from harm.

Doors to the Fellowship Hall (directly off the parking lot) will open at 5:45pm. Classes on June 11th and 18 run from 6 – 7pm. Please invite your friends!
