The testing this coming Monday, Nov. 14th, will include Judo falls (Ukemi). Practice this weekend to remember how to fall back, fall to the side, fall forward, and roll over your shoulder. Be safe during practice. Use a soft surface to practice at first. Protect your head in every fall. Remember to lift your feet, round your back, and slap the floor with your arm extended to absorb some of the shock on your body.
Many of you have already said your Bible verse and Character quality to a Black Belt. If you haven’t, be sure to do that before class Monday.
