More Self Defense For Women

I mentioned last November that I was writing a self defense series for women on my Substack section about self defense. I shared the first two parts at that time and would like to share the next two parts with you.

Part 3 goes into more depth about what I call ‘Environmental Weapons,’ those self-defense tools available to women and children. Part 4 addresses the use of firearms for women.

I invite you to share Parts 3 and 4 with women and girls you believe would benefit from reading them. I also request that you invite them to one of our Grace Martial Arts classes in the Tampa Bay area or the Bradenton/Sarasota area.
