Annual Kick-A-Thon & Black Belts

Grace Martial Arts Kicking
Grace Martial Arts Kicking

Thanks to everyone who attended last night’s Kick-A-Thon! We raised $570 for missionaries in Asia. Several families were not able to attend but plan to bring their donations next week, so I will send you a final total of what we raise after that. I shared the information with Hugh Taylor of Asia Reach Ministries last night and he is very excited with what you have done.

Our regular martial arts classes begin next Monday night at 6 o’clock. Just a reminder that the first class for all belt ranks will be 55 minutes (6-6:55pm). The second class for higher belt ranks will be a half-hour (7-7:30pm) and will emphasize special techniques for those of you approaching your Black Belt test. We have several people who will test for Black Belt during the coming 12 to 18 months, so we want to help you prepare for participating at that higher level in Grace Martial Arts. We are also planning a special Black Belt Boot Camp next summer for those of you who are or will soon be Black Belts, and for those who will be training for their 2nd Degree Black Belt tests. There are 10 Degrees of Black Belt in Yon Ch’uan Martial Arts, so there is literally a lifetime of learning and training ahead of us.

Blessings!

In Christ’s Love and Grace,

Mark McGee
